OBJECTIVE
Looking for a salaried position with benefits in a dynamic environment with a need for end-user training and technical documentation.
UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE
To stay competitive, you need someone to bridge the gap between the ever-increasing complexity of the high-tech world, and your staff’s limited time and attention.
It’s easy to find technology-focused engineers to work in your basement and keep your systems running. They’re an important part of a cohesive and reliable information systems infrastructure. But they might not be ideally suited to work with the rest of your staff on a day-to-day basis.
I’m a Professional Geek -- the person ‘normal people’ go to with technology questions.
Because technology tools are always evolving, and you can’t expect every member of your staff to spend their personal or work time scanning technical journals or web sites, you need someone who can break down the important concepts into easily-digestible training sessions and documentation.
On those occasions when the right answer is out of reach, I go get it -- and then present it in terms that allow your staff to make informed decisions and serve organizational goals, as well as the bottom line.

My warehouse-distribution skills, as well as retail abilities and my desire to increase my experience in both should make for a good match for any related company. A problem solving ability withen company policy limits produced favorable results with a major distribution company I have worked for. I have an eye for detail, work well as part of a team, and enjoy the challenges that come along with the jobs I do. Challenges are the main way of learning, and I'm always seeking to learn new things to make myself more useful to employers. My recent computer training will come in handy for the warehousing industry, as well as my experience in scanning and RF equipment and forklift operation.
